I am your meditation anchor, and I am going to help you improve your meditation and mindfulness practice.
Usually, when you meditate, especially in the beginning of this journey, you cannot remain present for two long because your mind starts to wander.
You can notice on your own that your mind is wandering, but usually is too late.
I am going to remind you to leave your thoughts and come back to your senses, using a simple sound, at the interval selected by you.
Also, a great help that I can offer is when you practice mindfulness. Connect a bluetooth headset, select the high or low frequency sound, select the interval that you want to be reminded at and go about what you are doing. If your mind goes to the past or to the future, I will anchor you back into the present moment with a simple sound.
How to:
Select the desired sound (High or Low), select the interval for the chime and choose the session time.
Press the meditation button.
